These terms govern your use of MyContextOS, operated by Maksimilian Gaiduchenko, an individual based in Israel.
MyContextOS is a digital product. Buyers complete a structured online assessment and receive a personalized markdown (.md) file designed for use as custom instructions or project context in AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar). The file is delivered by email.
Two tiers are offered: Standard and Deep, at the prices shown on our pricing page.
During our founding member period, buyers complete the assessment after checkout and receive their AI Context Brief within 24 hours of submission. If we are unable to deliver within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or older.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, taxes, and receipts. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (linked in the footer) — full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
The AI Context Brief you receive is yours to keep, edit, and use. You may not resell or redistribute it as a product. Your assessment answers belong to you; the methodology and question structure belong to us.
The AI Context Brief is a tool to help AI assistants provide more personalized output. It is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). Any output generated by AI assistants using your AI Context Brief is the responsibility of those AI providers and the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue before delivering your AI Context Brief, you will receive a full refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Israel.
