You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email support@mycontextos.com with your order details and we'll process the refund through your original payment method.
If you bought during the founding member period and have not yet received your Context Pack, you are entitled to a full refund at any time before delivery.
Refunds are issued by our payment processor (Paddle or Gumroad, acting as Merchant of Record) and returned to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
