MyContextOS ("we", "us") is operated by Maksimilian Gaiduchenko, an individual based in Israel. We respect your privacy and collect the minimum data needed to deliver our product.

What we collect

At checkout: Your email address and country, collected by our payment processor (Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record). We use this to deliver your product and contact you about your order.

During the assessment: Your answers to the structured questions in the assessment form. These are used solely to generate your AI Context Brief.

We do not collect: your name beyond what payment processors provide, your IP address for tracking purposes, or behavioral analytics tied to identity.

How we use your data

• Your email is used to deliver your AI Context Brief and respond to support inquiries
• Your assessment answers are processed (server-side, via large language model APIs) to generate your personalized AI Context Brief
• During the validation stage, assessment answers are kept only as long as needed for delivery, quality fixes, refunds, and support. You can request deletion at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

• Paddle (payment, acting as Merchant of Record): handles payment processing and stores transaction records per their own privacy policies
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google (LLM APIs): used to synthesize your AI Context Brief. Inputs are sent through their APIs and are subject to their data policies. We use API endpoints that do not train models on user input.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing hello@mycontextos.com. We will respond within 14 days.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
